This week was my first week of school. Parts were good other parts were extremely boring, but all in all it was a good experience. I am taking a refresher math class that drives me up the wall because the teacher is trying to get us to do group activities to get to know each other in class. Everyday she tells us to for example, talk to the person next to you and tell them about your middle name or where you are from. She does this everyday. If you know me you know that I just what to go to class, learn, and leave. I hate forced socialization. It's math, there are not a lot of group stuff, plus I've already taken it, and it's really early in the morning. Stupid. The next class is Chemistry and I don't know how to stay awake. It's in one of those 200 and something lecture halls and the teacher has not yet sparked my interest. That is a bad sign. My favorite class is Anatomy. It's funny because I have taken it before (well kind of) and I hated it. I also only went to class (count it) 5 times (I'm not kidding) and pulled off a D. I have Roger Ellis who has already inspired me to be a better student and with the notes from the incredible Andy Anderson, I am finding a passion I didn't fully know I had. As for my other classes they are not worth mentioning. Adam had a great week. He loves teaching high school where the kids will actually listen to him. He is also excited that so many kids stayed in debate. Yesterday he worked the JV football games. He is tired but really enthusiastic. I am so in love with him. Cheesy I know but true so deal. I will keep you updated with the rest of this semester and hopefully things will pick up. (photo from the Body Worlds Exhibition and google images)
