1. Where did you meet? Sessions Dorm at the College of Eastern Utah. There was a big pillow fight scheduled on the sessions lawn and my R.A. Jeff wanted his friend Adam to come, but Adam was going to hang out with this girl. He told Jeff that the only way he would ditch the girl and come was if Jeff got 3 cheerleaders to come over and personally invite him. That's where me and my roommates come in.
2. What was the first thought that went through your head when you met? (pardon the language) What a Cocky Bastard!!! (Adam would now come in with, "My parents were married") I really didn't like the kid.
3. Do you remember what he/she was wearing? No but I had a feeling it was an Argentine Jersey or maybe one of his flame shirts. There was definitely long hair, blue nail polish and flip flops.
4. Where was the first time you kissed this person? In front of the old fountain by the Main Building. It took him forever and he even asked, "What would happen if I kissed you?" Then I frenched him and scared him to death. I am a very forward young lady.
5. Where did you go for your first date? Harry Potter 2 and then to the park. We hooked up on the merry-go-round thing. (Thanks Randa!)
6. How long did you know this person before you became a couple? About 3 months
7. How did he/she ask you out? First he asked me to date night but I said no because I thought date night made girls who didn't get asked out feel bad. Then he tried another 2 more times and I kept shooting him down. Then after an Institute Activity he came home with me and my roommates who disappeared all of the sudden. It was really awkward because I had to change for practice and he wouldn't leave. He just stayed in the living room. Then he walked me to my bishops office because I had an appointment and he said..."Go on a date with me." I said, "Why?" He said' "Just do it." I said, "When?" He said, "It doesn't matter. Just say yes." I said, "Okay."
8. Has this person ever proposed to you? Yep. It was at his parents house. He was laying on the bed and I was kneeling beside him. (Ironic that I was the one kneeling?) I told him to tell me what he was thinking. He said not yet and I said, "but you always make me tell you what I'm thinking." That was that.
9. Do you and this person have kids together? Not yet..
10. Have you ever broken the law with this person? I plead the fifth. I bet you can guess;)
11. When was the first time you realized that you liked this person? When I got home from hanging out with my missionary and Adam had just had his hair cut and he was in church clothes.I was running upstairs and he was coming downstairs with Julie. I was like oh crap!!! Later at christmas time we went on this amazing date. I was completely hooked.
12. Do you trust this person? It took awhile but yeah I do.
13. Do you see her/him as your partner in your future? I hope so or I see myself becoming a jaded Lesbian.
14. What is the best gift she/he gave you? Last Christmas he bought me let's just say, "Victoria Secret". My man has amazing taste and I was completely surprised.
15. What is one thing He/She does that gets on your nerves? Plays video games and tunes out!!!

Gosh, I didn't even know some of those things and I forgot a lot of them to....like going to the park and the merry-go-round. I am glad to play a part in them though and you guys getting together. It sure brings you back to the days of CEU.
So, guessing what law you have broken . . . blowing up mail boxes? money laundering? GI Joe counterfeit ring? protection racket? tax fraud? stealing Wi-Fi? drunken rages? selling Pixie Sticks to underage citizens? illegal immigration? ripping the tag off a mattress?
I am TOTALLY with you on #15! UGH! It drives me nuts when he's playing video games. Trying to talk to my husband when he's playing is like talking to a wall. BOO!
Ron, close but no.
This was a really inventive fun tag! And I learned a ton about you guys!
Are you guys doing anything special for your 5 year anniversary? I can't believe you guys have been married for that long!
Awww, cute! You know, Jeff is still the little matchmaker, and is constantly trying to hook people up. He likes to tell people about his "success record" of introducing people and them getting together. He had a few successes at SUU, too, and some possibilities here in Kansas
