My New Years Resolutions

As a personal trainer I've noticed that a great motivator for reaching your goals is making it official, writing it down, and having someone to answer to. Congratulations you are that person, so here are my new years resolutions.

1. Jump into things with both feet. Stop backing out of my decisions.
2. Live life for me. Stop trying to make everyone happy. It's time to make me happy.
3. Go on a religious guest to lay to rest all of my doubts.
4. The usual lose 5-10 lbs. I really want to lose 3 inches and how ever many pounds that will take.
5. Tone up.
6. Eat well. End my obsession with sugar and introduce vitamins and minerals into my diet.
7. Organize my personal training business so that it can start running smoothly.
8. Do better in school. Nothing under a B.
9. Make a financial plan and get into no more debt (other than student loans)
10. Make a baby. If that doesn't work look into what it wil take to adopt.

What a great way to set up your resolutions. Just to let you know, Ron and I were really excited about our plan to adopt and even with the trials that come with it, we encourage it. We love our boys very much and are so grateful for them, but we have kept our adoption file available just in case we feel that we need to adopt in the future. Good luck with all of your resolutions and may this new year be great.

Those are some great resolutions, way to be an example to us all & write them down!
Making a baby isn't easy, I think of it more as a miracle when everything works out just right. Good luck & Happy New Year!!
Love,
