Last week we were told that instead of our regular church meetings we were supposed to attend a special stake meeting. They never said why we would have the meeting but that we should prepare our hearts to accept what was to come. During the meeting we were told that they are doing away with student wards. There will still be special wards for singles ages 18-30. They rest of us will need to start attending family wards. If you remember right, Adam and I used to go to the family ward but were asked by our bishop to attend the student ward because he thought it would better suit us. I feel let down. I finally found a ward I liked and now it's gone. The speaker today said that the home wards are anxiously awaiting our presence and are excited to get to know us. I guess he must not know our old ward. That is not the welcome we received when we moved here. I don't know how this is going to go now we have to go back to the ward who doesn't like to deal with our awkward situation (mormon and infertile).

I'm so sorry. I know it was working well for you two. All we can hope for is that you have a better experience going back to the original ward.
