The house building moves forward with no help from our mortgage lender lady. She has told us on several occasions that everything is good when it comes to getting the mortgage loan. Just last week she said her math was a little wrong and that we need to put $10,000 down on the house. Mind you, it would have been really nice to know this in July when we started instead of weeks before closing. We have $6,000 in the bank right now. I'm not quite sure how we are going to pull this off. Stay tuned, I guess we will have to figure out something. Unless someone out there wants to give us an early Christmas present of $4,000....
