A friend of ours is holding a biggest loser competition. It starts September 1 and ends with the new year. We are both pumped and ready to bring it. (don't laugh the cheerleader lives on inside of me apparently) I've been looking for something to motivate me to workout like the old days. Perfect timing friends, watch your back!!!
