Updates

I apologize for the blog drought. I think I died of boredom last week but was luckily brought back to life. Boring Life=Nothing To Write About I don't really feel bad though because it seems that blogging has lost it's popularity. Updates are rare.
We have been living in Limbo all year and now it looks like our plans are finally moving forward. Nothing has become official yet but for the most part we know where we are at. Unfortunately, I will not be taking the fast track and I will only be taking prerequisites part time next year. I am currently looking for work so if anyone knows of any great opportunities please pass it on. Adam's job seems to be secure next year. We are very grateful. Now we are just hoping his salary won't go down. We barely make it as it is.
Adam has been accepted to Grad School!!! We are still waiting to hear from one other school before making our decision, so stay posted. I am so incredibly proud of him.
We are about 90% sure that we will be moving at the end of the summer. Where? We don't know yet. Buying or Renting is also still in question, so again stay tuned.
Bad News: Adam's dad has had 2 heart attacks and has now found that he needs to go in for a triple bi-pass. To make matters worse, his bad kidneys will fail if he is given the drink used to evaluate the blood flow that is required before getting the surgery. So now it's a matter of waiting until things get worse and then doing emergency surgery or going in and killing his kidneys now. It's hard to do because he is feeling better than he has for a long time.
As for the weekend, Friday was Friday the 13th. I watched the original Friday the 13th and was very unimpressed. Halloween was much better. We spent the rest of the night with family. Saturday the Pattersons drove up to hang out. This was impressive because they are only the 4th group of friends to actually trek up here since we've moved. We just hung out and ate really good food. (other than the Zombie) It was pretty sweet.

Yesterday we went to a St. Patrick's Day Party at my step-dad's aunt's house. There were a lot of people we didn't know but everyone was nice. I hate when all the food is dyed green. It messes with my brain.
