PTA Party and Getting Snowed Out

A few nights ago a few people from school got together for a white elephant party. I guess a month is just too long to not see everyone. One thing that made me laugh was when I pulled out my camera everyone was like, "Wow Cas, nice camera!!!" Though my camera is an awesome point-and-shoot, it is nothing compared to what the average mormon mommy sells as her pride and joy. I love hanging out with students. It's really nice to get away from the pressures of keeping up with the Joneses.

So remember when it snowed like crazy. Yeah, I woke up in the morning that day and thought it would be a good idea to drive 60 miles to my doctor to get the last of my shots. It was raining and looked a lot like March. Well if it looks like March, 60 miles North looks like what the snowmageddon before Thanksgiving should have looked like. Luckily we made it only getting stuck once and as a bonus we got to watch a semi get stuck and hear Noah's long winded audition for the next Scream movie.
